The curve \(y=4+5\sin 3x\) passes through the point \(P\), where \(x=\dfrac13\pi\).
(i) Find \(\dfrac{dy}{dx}\).
(ii) Find the equation of the tangent to the curve at \(P\), giving your answer in the form \(y=mx+c\).
