\(V=\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3,\)

and \(r\) cm is the radius of the sphere.

The radius is increasing at a rate of \(0.5\text{ cm s}^{-1}\). Find, in terms of \(\pi\), the rate of change of the volume when \(r=0.25\).
