The polynomial \(P(x)=ax^3-11x^2+bx+c\), where \(a\), \(b\) and \(c\) are integers, is divisible by \(x\).

When \(P(x)\) is divided by \(2x+1\), the remainder is \(\frac32\).

It is also given that \(P'(2)=18\).

(a) Find \(a\), \(b\) and \(c\).

(b) Hence factorise \(P(x)\) completely.
