Challenge. A hollow square frame is exactly one tile thick, with no tiles inside its border. The outer side length is a whole number of tiles and is at least three. Can you make a frame using exactly \(44\) tiles? If so, give its outer side length. Could you use exactly \(46\) tiles? Explain by counting the corners correctly.
