Four angles around a point are \(72^\circ\), \(104^\circ\), \(a\) and \(b\). Angle \(a\) is \(24^\circ\) larger than \(b\). Find \(a\) and \(b\), and compare \(a\) with the given \(104^\circ\) angle.

Find \(a+b\), then remove the extra \(24^\circ\) before sharing equally.
